I was the queen of undercharging and over-delivering on cakes. After I got back from cake design school in Toronto, Canada, I was willing to work with any and everyone who would pay me to design a cake.
As I started to get my cake business off the ground, Aspen Charm Cakes & Pastries, I charged what any other bakery charged in my area, $4.00 per slice.
